Do I need an official WhatsApp Business account?
No. The plugin works with any personal or business WhatsApp account. The wa.me links open WhatsApp Web in your browser, where you confirm and send the messages. It requires no official API and no verified business account.
Is there a limit to the number of messages I can send?
The plugin imposes no limits. However, WhatsApp has its own anti-spam policies and may limit your account if you send too many messages to contacts who have not consented, or in a short time. We recommend sending only to customers who have given explicit consent and in moderate volumes (50-100 per hour at most). The plugin includes logs so you can monitor your activity.
Is sending completely automatic?
The "Auto-Dispatch" mode automates as much as possible, but because of browser security restrictions you still need to confirm each send in WhatsApp Web. This is actually an advantage: it keeps human control and prevents your account from being flagged as a bot. The Manual and Batch modes give you even more control: you see exactly what is sent and when.
Can I use emojis in my templates?

How do dynamic lists work?
