Do I need an official WhatsApp Business account?

Is there a limit to the number of messages I can send?

We recommend sending only to customers who have given explicit consent and in moderate volumes (50-100 per hour at most). The plugin includes logs so you can monitor your activity.
Is sending completely automatic?
The "Auto-Dispatch" mode automates as much as possible, but because of browser security restrictions you still need to confirm each send in WhatsApp Web. This is actually an advantage: it keeps human control and prevents your account from being flagged as a bot. The Manual and Batch modes give you even more control: you see exactly what is sent and when.
Can I use emojis in my templates?
