[ Training and digital independence ]

Train your team. Get the most from your investment.

A tool only delivers results if your team knows how to use it. We provide hands-on training in WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO and digital tools, on your own website and tailored to the tasks your team does every day.

[ Who it's for ]

Who our training is for

For teams that want to stop depending on a developer for every change.

Marketing and communications teams

People who publish news, change copy and launch campaigns on the company website.

Businesses with a new website or shop

You've just launched a website or shop and want your team to handle it confidently from day one.

Partner agencies

Agency teams that manage content on their clients' websites and want to do it without waiting for a developer.

Entrepreneurship programs

Hands-on workshops for organizations and programs that support entrepreneurs taking their first steps online.

[ Syllabus ]

What we can teach

We build the syllabus around what your team needs, from these modules.

  • WordPress: pages, blog posts, images, menus and users
  • Content editors: block editor, Elementor Pro or our visual editor
  • WooCommerce: products, variations, orders, coupons and promotions
  • Basic SEO: titles, descriptions, headings and internal links
  • Google Business Profile: details, photos, posts and replying to reviews
  • Security best practices: passwords, users and what not to touch
  • Reading data: how to tell which pages work and which don't
  • The custom admin we've built for your website

[ Format ]

What the sessions are like

Practical, with your website in front of you and no theory you won't use.

Online or in person

Live video sessions for remote teams, or at your premises.

Small groups

Groups of 3 to 5 people are ideal, so everyone gets to practice. We can adapt to larger teams.

On your own website

We practice on your website or a staging copy, so what you learn is useful the next day.

30 days of support

After the training, 30 days to answer the questions that come up in day-to-day use.

[ Process ]

How we prepare a training session

[01]

Needs

We talk to you about who'll take part, what tasks they do and where they get stuck today.

[02]

Tailored syllabus

We propose the syllabus, length and format. No generic courses.

[03]

Hands-on session

Each person does the tasks on the website while we guide them, instead of watching us do them.

[04]

Follow-up

For 30 days we answer the questions that come up when applying it to real work.

A marketing team that no longer depends on developers

The challenge

A partner marketing agency relied on developers for every content change on its clients' websites, and that caused delays.

The solution

We ran a 4-hour training session focused on the custom admin panel we'd built for them, so the team could manage all the content on its own.

Results

  • No content change depends on a developer any more.
  • New campaigns published the same day.
  • A more motivated, more independent marketing team.
