1. Controller

2. What cookies are and what they are for

Cookies are files that your browser stores on your device. Other technologies, such as local or session storage, tags and pixels, can store or access information or transmit browsing data. This policy covers those technologies where relevant.

3. Categories

  • Necessary: enable essential functions and remember your consent choice. They do not require consent when they meet the exemption in article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
  • Preferences: keep settings. This website does not use cookies to remember your language: the language is part of each page’s address.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Burst Statistics are used to measure visits and interactions. They only run if you accept them.
  • Marketing: Google Ads is used to measure campaign conversions, without remarketing or ad personalization. It only runs if you accept it.

4. Inventory

The inventory lists the cookies and technologies used, their purpose, provider, domain and duration. Analytics and marketing tools are only loaded after you accept them.

Inventory checked on 13 October 2026: before choosing, after rejecting, after accepting each category separately and after withdrawing consent. Before you choose and if you reject, no Google tool or Burst is loaded, and only bdw_rgpd_consent is stored after your choice. When you withdraw a category, the matching Google cookies are deleted.

5. Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing your choice

The consent manager lets you Accept all, Reject all except necessary technologies, or Customise by purpose. Optional categories are not pre-ticked. Continuing to browse, closing the notice or reading this policy does not constitute consent.

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the button below or the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. Withdrawal prevents further uses that require consent. The website remains accessible if you reject the optional categories, although some external features may be disabled.

6. Providers and transfers

The website is hosted by Hostout (hostout.com.br). The provider’s access to data and possible international transfers are described in the privacy policy. Contracting hosting does not in itself mean that Hostout places its own cookies on visitors’ devices.

Google Analytics and Google Ads are contracted with Google Ireland Limited; data may be processed in the United States by Google LLC, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The website is hosted in Brazil, a country with a European Commission adequacy decision since 26 January 2026. More details on recipients and safeguards in the Privacy policy and in Google’s information.

When you open WhatsApp or a social network, you access the third party’s service, which has its own policy. This website’s WhatsApp links do not set cookies or storage before you open that service. Embedded resources and any non-exempt storage must be configured according to the user’s applicable choices.

7. Browser controls

You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser’s privacy settings. Deleting them does not necessarily change the choice recorded by a consent manager; please also review your preferences on the website. If you delete the consent cookie, the manager may ask you to choose again. Blocking necessary cookies may affect the features that rely on that storage.

8. Personal data and updates

Where these technologies involve processing personal data, the legal bases, rights and channels in the privacy policy apply. This information must be updated before adding purposes or providers that require a new choice.
