Four steps and the plugin is at work
Choose the plan and pay
On the plugin page you choose the plan and the billing period. "Buy license" opens the secure payment with that plan already selected.
Get your key
The purchase creates your account with the e-mail you gave. The license key reaches you by e-mail and is also in My licenses.
Install and activate
Download the plugin in My licenses, upload it in Plugins > Add New and activate it. Then paste the key on its license page, in the Tools menu.
Get the updates
With an active license, new versions arrive like any other WordPress update. What changes in each one is published on the plugin page.

Everything in My licenses
Log in with the username and password you received by e-mail when you bought. From there you manage each license without having to write to us.
- See each license with its key, its plan and its expiry date.
- Download the latest version of each plugin.
- See the domains where it is active and change the domain of a license.
- Renew a license: the same license is extended, with the same key.
- Cancel a subscription: the license stays active until the end of the paid period.

What we are asked the most
If your case is not here, write to us with the purchase e-mail and the name of the plugin.
The e-mail with the key has not arrived
Check the spam folder. The key is always in My licenses, with the user created with the purchase e-mail. If it is not there either, write to us.
Where do I enter the key on my website?
In the WordPress dashboard, in the Tools menu, each plugin has its license page. Paste the key and click activate: the domain is registered in your account.
How do I change the website where I use the license?
In My licenses, with "Change Domain". You can also deactivate the license on the license page of the plugin on the old website and activate it on the new one.
What happens when the license expires?
You have three days of grace to renew it. After that, the plugin tells you the license has expired, stops receiving updates and asks you to renew it to keep using all its features. When you renew, you keep the same key.
Do subscriptions renew on their own?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans are paid as a subscription and My licenses shows the date of the next payment. You can cancel it whenever you want: the license stays active until the end of the paid period.
How do packs work?
One purchase gives you a license for each plugin of the pack, all with the same plan. They renew together: when you renew the pack, every plugin in it keeps receiving updates.
Something does not work on my website
First check the documentation on the plugin page, when it has one. If the problem continues, write to us with the address of your website, the version of the plugin and what happens.
