Disable if your theme already loads Font Awesome.<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>Cookie Consent (GDPR)<\/h2>\n<p>Enables the consent banner. Token is optional but may be required for high traffic.\n<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>SVG by API (QR)<\/h2>\n<p>Enables SVG QR code generation via api.qrserver.com external service.<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>Creating a LinkTree<\/h2>\n<ol>\n  <li>Go to <strong>[B] Easy LinkTree \u2192 LinkTrees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <li>Click <strong>Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  <li>Set a <strong>title<\/strong> (displayed name for your LinkTree).<\/li>\n  <li>Fill in the <strong>Profile &amp; Theme<\/strong> metabox:\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Subtitle:<\/strong> Short bio text.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Avatar:<\/strong> Profile image.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Cover:<\/strong> Optional header image.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Background:<\/strong> CSS color or gradient.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Accent Color:<\/strong> Highlight color for buttons.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Layout Preset:<\/strong> Choose a predefined style.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Custom CSS:<\/strong> Optional additional styling.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>In the <strong>Links<\/strong> metabox:\n    <ul>\n      <li>Add each link with label and URL.<\/li>\n      <li>Choose an icon (Font Awesome or SVG).<\/li>\n      <li>Set the style (solid, outline, soft).<\/li>\n      <li>Mark as <strong>Active<\/strong> to display.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>In the <strong>QR Code<\/strong> metabox:\n    <ul>\n      <li>Generate and download PNG (via JS) or save to media library.<\/li>\n      <li>Generate PNG\/SVG via PHP and save to media library.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/li>\n  <li>Click <strong>Publish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol><br>\n\n<h2>Dashboard<\/h2>\n<p>Go to <strong>[B] Easy LinkTree \u2192 Dashboard<\/strong> to view all your LinkTrees with metrics for views and clicks\n  from the last 30 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quick actions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>View LinkTree<\/li>\n  <li>Edit<\/li>\n  <li>Analytics<\/li>\n  <li>Copy URL<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\n\n<h2>Analytics<\/h2>\n<p>Go to <strong>[B] Easy LinkTree \u2192 Analytics<\/strong> for detailed statistics.<\/p>\n<ol>\n  <li>Select a LinkTree from the dropdown.<\/li>\n  <li>Filter by date range (From \/ To).<\/li>\n  <li>View total views and clicks for the period.<\/li>\n  <li>Export CSV of views and clicks data.<\/li>\n  <li>See top performing links.<\/li>\n  <li>View countries breakdown (if geolocation is enabled).<\/li>\n<\/ol><br>\n\n<h2>Shortcode<\/h2>\n<p>Use this shortcode to embed a LinkTree in any page or post:<\/p>\n<p><code>[easylinktree id='123']<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Replace <code>123<\/code> with the actual LinkTree ID.<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>QR Code Generation<\/h2>\n<p>The plugin offers multiple ways to generate QR codes for your LinkTree:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>JavaScript PNG:<\/strong> Generate and download directly in the browser.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>PHP PNG:<\/strong> Server-side generation, can save to media library.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>SVG via API:<\/strong> External service (requires enabling in settings).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>QR codes link directly to your LinkTree public URL.<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>Roles &amp; Permissions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Administrators (<code>manage_options<\/code>):<\/strong> Full access to settings, LinkTrees, dashboard, and\n    analytics.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Editors\/Authors (<code>edit_posts<\/code>):<\/strong> Can create\/edit LinkTrees, view dashboard and\n    analytics, export CSV.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Visitors:<\/strong> Can view public LinkTrees without login.<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\n\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n<h2>Icons not appearing<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> Font Awesome is not loaded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> Enable &#8216;Load Font Awesome from CDN&#8217; in the plugin settings.<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>Analytics not recording<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> User did not accept the consent banner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> Analytics only records after consent. Verify the consent banner is enabled and that users\n  are accepting it.<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>Geolocation data not showing<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> Geolocation is disabled or API is not responding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> Enable &#8216;Geolocation&#8217; in settings. If using high traffic, add an ipapi.co token.<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>SVG QR code not generating<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> SVG API option is disabled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> Enable &#8216;SVG by API (QR)&#8217; in settings, or use the PHP PNG generation instead.<\/p><br>\n\n<h2>CSV export fails<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> User lacks permissions or nonce expired.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong> Ensure the user has <code>edit_posts<\/code> capability.
