Removable active filter tags for Elementor — one click removes a single filter, keeps the rest, resets pagination. Fully styled inside Elementor.
You built a filtered Loop Grid. Visitors apply two or three filters and now cannot remember what they set — or how to clear just one without losing the others. [B] Elementor Applied Filters solves that: it reads the active filters from the URL and renders a row of removable tag pills, each with an × button that removes only that filter and keeps everything else intact.
You added search and filter widgets to your Elementor Loop Grid. They work. But the moment a visitor applies more than one filter, usability drops — there is no visual indication of what is currently active, and no way to remove a single filter without clearing the entire URL by hand.
On a real estate listing, a job board, a product catalogue, or a course library — users apply filters progressively. If removing one filter means losing all the others, they either give up or refresh and start over. Both outcomes hurt conversion.
[B] Elementor Applied Filters is a native Elementor widget that reads active filter values from the URL, maps them to human-readable labels, and renders them as styled tag pills — each with a working × remove button that generates the correct URL to remove only that filter.
The remove logic handles single values, checkbox arrays, range min/max filters, and LIKE text searches. It correctly reconstructs the URL after removal, resets pagination to page 1, and cleans up the my_filters parameter entirely when no filters remain.
Every visual element — title, tag pill background, text, padding, border radius, remove button colour, and hover state — is controlled from the Elementor Style panel.
my_filters URL parameters and renders a pill for each active value.__min or __max.This widget is the natural companion to [B] Baqueiro Loop Filter. Together they form a complete filtering UX on any Elementor Loop Grid page — search input, active filter display, and one-click individual removal — with no AJAX and no third-party filter suite.

Active filter pills give instant visual feedback. No more confusion about why results look different — every active filter is visible, labelled, and removable.
Each pill has its own × remove link that reconstructs the full URL with only that filter removed. All other active filters and the current page context are preserved.
Map any meta key to a clear label once in the widget settings. Visitors see "Location: Porto" not "cidade_localizacao: Porto".
Pill background, text, padding, border radius, remove button colour and hover — all native Elementor style controls. No stylesheet to override.
If your filters already use the my_filters URL parameter convention, this widget works immediately. Drop it on the page and it reads whatever filters are active.
Compare against typical approaches to showing active filters
| Feature | [B] Elementor Applied Filters — Active Filter Tags for Elementor Loop Grid | Other solutions |
|---|---|---|
| Remove one filter without clearing all | Yes — each pill has its own URL with correct reconstruction | Most tools offer "Clear all" only, or require Pro upgrade |
| Human-readable label mapping | Yes — repeater maps meta keys to readable names | Raw meta key names displayed, or custom code required |
| Range filter (min/max) individual removal | Yes — __min/__max detected, each boundary removable separately | Often shown as one pill, both boundaries removed together |
| Checkbox multi-value individual removal | Yes — each array value gets its own removable pill | Typically one pill per field, not per selected value |
| Styled inside Elementor natively | Yes — full controls in the Style tab | Custom CSS required or fixed styles from the filter plugin |
| Requires Elementor Pro | No — works with Elementor Free | Many filter plugins require Pro for the active filter display |

In Elementor, search for "Baqueiro Applied Filters" and drag it onto the page — above or beside the Loop Grid, wherever active filters should appear.
In the Content settings, use the Label Mapping repeater to add rows: enter the meta key (e.g. "qtd_dormitorios") and the human-readable label (e.g. "Bedrooms") for each filter field.
Open the Style tab to configure pill background, text colour, typography, padding, border radius, and remove button colours.
Apply filters on the frontend, then click × on one pill. That filter is removed from the URL, results update, and all other filters remain active.

Candidates filter by role, location, and contract type. Each active filter is visible and individually removable — no back-to-zero frustration.
Show active category and difficulty filters as pills. Let learners refine their search progressively without losing context.
Display active attribute filters as removable tags above the product grid — standard e-commerce UX built entirely inside Elementor.
