# Our manifesto

Ten principles that guide every line of code and every conversation with our clients. And, under each one, what it means in practice, so you can hold us to it.

## Code with purpose

We don’t build features for the sake of it: we solve business problems. Every line of code has a clear goal: saving you time, helping you sell more or strengthening your brand.

**In practice:** before we start, we agree on what we’ll measure to know whether the project has worked.

## Collaboration, not transaction

Your success is our main metric. We work as an extension of your team, with honest communication and a real commitment to your long-term goals.

**In practice:** you talk to the person who designs and codes your project, and they remain your contact after launch.

## Radical transparency

You see every stage of the process. Trust is built through open, honest communication with no surprises at the end of the month.

**In practice:** scope, timeline and price in writing before we start; every step of progress in a staging environment you can visit; and if something is going to be late, we tell you before the date.

## The right solution, not the easiest

Our recommendation is always based on what’s technically soundest and best for you, even if it isn’t the quickest route for us.

**In practice:** if your project doesn’t need a custom application, we tell you, even if that means a smaller budget.

## Quality is non-negotiable

We see development as a craft. Clean, tested, well-documented code isn’t a luxury: it’s the foundation of an application that will last and grow safely.

**In practice:** code someone else can understand and maintain, with documentation and tests, even if one day you decide to work with another supplier.

## Design that works

We combine aesthetics and usability. Interface and user experience design (UI/UX) makes your website easy and pleasant to use, and guides your customer towards a purchase or an enquiry.

**In practice:** we design and validate the screens before coding them, and check contrast and accessibility so nobody is left out.

Technology never stops, and neither do we. We keep learning to apply best practice in development, security and performance.

**In practice:** Google certifications in Project Management and Automation with Python, and our own products, where we try out first what we later recommend to you.

We build admin panels and provide training with a clear goal: that you run your business freely, without depending on us for every small change.

**In practice:** the code is yours when the project ends, and training for your team is part of the delivery.

Our goal is to deliver a solution that adds so much to your business that, over time, the initial investment becomes the least of it. We want to be the partner you recommend without a second thought.
