That’s why, every month, we donate the most valuable thing we have, our time and our knowledge, to build a free website for an organization that’s making a difference. Nominate a cause ## What is the project? It’s our way of giving back to the community some of what it gives us. Every month, through a public vote, a non-profit organization, social project or impact cause is chosen to receive a complete professional website built by our studio at no cost. Causes from Galicia, Portugal and Brazil can take part. [ Calendar ] ## How does it work each month? [01] ### Nominations (until the 10th) Anyone can nominate a cause. Nominations are accepted until the 10th of each month. [02] ### Voting (from the 11th) We publish the selected causes on our website and social media. The one that receives the most support and engagement from the community wins. [03] ### Development We contact the winning organization and start on its new website, with the same quality and dedication as a commercial project. ## What does the winning cause receive? - A complete WordPress website of up to 7 pages. - Custom design, aligned with the cause’s identity. - 1 year of free high-performance hosting. - Full training so its team can manage the website. ### Rules - The nominated organization must be a non-profit entity or a social project that can be verified. - Domain registration (for example, yourngo.org) isn’t included and is provided by the organization. - Voting is measured by total engagement (likes, comments and shares) on our social media. - We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of nominated causes. ## Nominate a cause Know a project that needs a new home online? Write to us using the contact form, choosing «Digital Impact Project», and tell us: - The organization’s name and its website or social media, if it has them - What it does and who it helps - Why it needs a new website - A contact person in the organization [Nominate a cause](https://baqueiro.es/en/contact/) ## Technology as a bridge to a better future Our technical knowledge has the responsibility, and the ability, to go beyond commercial projects: amplifying voices, saving resources and connecting people with causes that matter. The Digital Impact Project was born from that idea. It’s our way of applying what we do best, building websites that work, to support organizations on the front line working for a fairer, more sustainable and more caring future. [ Process ] ## The phases of our campaign From the day a cause is nominated to the day its website starts working for it. [01] ### Nominations Until the 10th of each month we receive nominations from NGOs and social projects that need a new online presence. [02] ### Community vote From the 11th we present the selected causes on our social media. The one that generates the most support and engagement wins. [03] ### Development We dedicate our time and expertise to building a professional, custom website for the winning organization. [04] ### Launch and impact We deliver the website with 1 year of free hosting and training, ready to help the cause reach more people. ## What now? The next step is yours. If you’ve made it this far, you already know something of how we think. Carry on wherever makes most sense for you. ### Ready to start? Have a project in mind?
